Superior Three Year Warranty

Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. provides a three year Limited Warranty on all integrated computer systems. As of June 23,1999 all complete systems integrated by Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. are warranted for a period of three (3) years from the invoice purchase date, unless otherwise stated*. The system warranty covers components and labor for the first year and labor and tech support for the remaining two years (unless otherwise stated). The system warranty does not cover software incompatibilities or acquired viruses. A fifty-dollar ($50.00) deductible per defective component will be applied to all claims on products without manufacturer warranties that extend beyond the first year. Some of the products sold by Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. carry longer warranties offered by the manufacturer. Customers should deal directly with the manufacturer for a defective product outside of the first year of the warranty. All warranty repair service for original customers is provided by Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. technical support staff at the Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. facility. Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. will also provide support by telephone at (276) 783-6986 or e-mail at Information to original customers for minor difficulties and malfunctions of the computer system. When a defect is reported that cannot be resolved via e-mail and/or telephone, our technical support facility is readily available to conduct the proper repairs. All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can accomplish this by calling us at (276) 783-6986. Any package received without an RMA # will be refused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns. Returned items must be in the original condition with all manuals, disks, manufacturers packaging, etc. Your RMA # must be written on the outside of the returned box. Do not write on the manufactures original packaging or warranty may be voided.

This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the computer system. Nor does it cover any unapproved hardware or software programs installed by the user. Only damage or malfunction due to ordinary wear and tear, which will be determined by Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. to be reasonable, will be covered under this warranty. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. All warranties may be deemed void if Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. determines that the computer system has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment back to Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. cannot reload any software not originally loaded by Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. Furthermore, this warranty is void if unauthorized parts, repairs, and/or alterations are made to the computer system. Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.

Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. will warranty all component purchases against manufacturer defects for a period of one (1) year. Products must be returned in original packaging and have all the original markings, labels, serial numbers and manufacturer tags intact or warranty may be voided.

Marion Computer Technologies, LLC. offers a thirty-day money back guarantee on all unopened software products sold. Refunds will not be offered on any opened software. Opened software can only be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of the original purchase.
